About the class:
This absolutely eggfree class will take you over the fundamentals of baking bread, right from making and kneading bread dough to shaping, scoring and proofing it all of it will be taught in this workshop, along with tips and tricks to help you customise the breads for yourself from the comfort of your own kitchens. 

What we will learn:
Focaccia, with cherry tomatoes olives and rosemary
● Dark chocolate sea salt babka
● Burger Buns/ Dinner Rolls
● Burgers

About the dishes:
In this workshop Chef Rachi will be demonstrating how to make a 90% hydration no knead focaccia bread, with a confit of cherry tomatoes, olives and rosemary. It is a nice crisp bread with a soft and hydrated crumb followed by the dark chocolate sea salt babka- sweet braided bread or cake which originated in the Jewishcommunities of Poland, Russia and Ukraine. Chef Rachi will be making it with a dark chocolate ganache, sea salt, and hint of cinnamon this time and lastly she'll be teaching the techniques to help you make your burger buns/dinner rolls too!

About the chef:
Chef Rachi Gupta a 23 year old trailblazer has always shared a passion for great food. She started her career in the hospitality industry by enrolling into the BA Hons Culinary Arts at the Institute of Hotel Management. With her keen interest in bakery and patisserie and to acquire the right skills, she undertook a summer program in French Pastry Arts at the Ecole Nationale Supérieure de la Pâtisserie. During her time in France, she not only learned the basics of patisserie, bakery, viennoiserie, chocolate and confectionery, but also had the opportunity to pursue an internship at Pierre Herme, Paris, and has also worked in the Michelin starred restaurant Azurmendi, in Larrabetzu, Spain.
