Join Gina Maya Iyer in this class and watch as she takes you through a plethora of irresistible baked goodies from summer crumble which is a wonderful dessert bursting with flavor and is super easy to make with any  type of fruit, it has a soft fruity inside and and a wonderful crunchy nutty baked top, followed by rich chocolate crownies, a decadent and chewy dessert that is a cross between a brownie and a cookie. You'll also learn to bake a sinfully delicious gluten-free lemon lavender cake —the perfect summer tea-cake with a hint of lavender's freshness and end the workshop with a classic mocha cake that can be layered with any topping of your choice.
