Having graduated with a degree in Sociology and Anthropology from St. Xavier’s College, Mumbai, Jessica went on to pursue a diploma in Pastry and Bakery from the Academy of Pastry and Culinary Arts, Mumbai. She has assisted the participant of the Pastry Queen India 2019 Competition and specialises in sugar work and pastilIage. Jessica has worked as a chocolatier at Vanilla Miel, a luxury patisserie based in Mumbai. She says her love for all things pastry and bakery expands way beyond the confines of an industrial kitchen and loves sharing her knowledge about the same.
