In this workshop you will be shown how to make three kinds of choux pastries—  gougeres, or what we commonly know as cream puff dough, with the Alpine cheese, gruyere; a decadent eclairs with chocolate and pastry cream and Paris-Brest, the traditional French choux pastry dessert, which in this class will have a mocha praline creme filling.
