Learn to master Marzipan Easter Eggs, which is made with a sweet paste of ground almonds, sugar and tradionally consists of egg-whites (though ours will be eggless). But with chef Shannon's recipe and technique, you'll be making fresh, homemade marzipan in under 30 minutes followed by a demo on simmnel cake, a traditional, moist English fruit cake with two layers of marzipan. Lastly, the kid-friendly, eggless rocky road fudge, which is a mix of candy, marshmallow and nuts folded into chocolate to make an enjoyable treat that is versatile and customisable.

Chef Shannon, founder of The Dessertarion, quit law school to become a baker back in 2013. A self-taught baker she is very passionate about baking and has completed a Diploma in Patisserie and Confectionery from ITM Institute, Mumbai. A lover of traditional desserts with a major sweet tooth, Chef Shannon enjoys whipping up drool-worthy desserts for her clients, family and friends every chance she gets and believes that sharing her knowledge with others brings her true happiness.
