This class will take you through baking a vegan and eggless macaron shell from scratch and then assembling it with components like a delicious raspberry jelly, a mousse flavoured with rosewater and lychee and a raspberry-flavoured compote, which is a thick fruit-based syrup.
*About the chef:
Zareen's journey as a pastry chef began on an impulsive note. Initially a self-taught baker, she went on to complete a course at the prestigious Le Cordon Bleu, London. She has worked at one of the top patisseries in Mumbai before starting out on her own and has also trained under many international chefs. Currently, she operates from a studio cloud kitchen in Mumbai and conducts online as well as in-person workshops.
