*About the dishes:
In this class chef Nupur will be showing you how to whip-up a variety of flavourful cupcakes and diverse piping techniques. She will start with the dulce de leche cupcake where she will showcase how to make dulce, which when translated from Spanish, simply means 'sweet', followed by the rest of the flavoured cupcakes which will icorporate the elements of Russian buttercream, salted caramel, mango purée and chef Nupur’s signature buttercream respectively.

Chef Nupur, founder of The Wooden Spoon, established it 15 years ago as a manifestation of her dream to accomodate an entire world within a kitchen.
