About the chef
Zareen’s journey as a pastry chef began on an impulsive note. Initially a self-taught baker, she went on to complete a course at the prestigious Le Cordon Bleu, London. She has worked at one of the top patisseries in Mumbai before starting out on her own and has also trained under many international chefs. Currently, she operates from a studio cloud kitchen in Mumbai and conducts online as well as in-person workshops.
