This three-hour long workshop will take you through the process of turning comfort foods into vegan and gluten-free delights. From a wrap that makes use of the superfood jackfruit, to a delicious chocolate pancake, a colourful buddha bowl and a healthy pizza to boot, it's all in there.
About the chefs
Neha Ranglani is an integrative nutritionist and health coach. She provides food coaching and menu designing for kids, adults and corporates.
Namrata Shastri is a trained baker and confectioner. She is known for making gluten-free, raw banana flour called Kadhali, popular and her business is thus called Kadhali Bakes.
Together, they will be teaching you to make vegan and gluten-free snacks that are sure to find a permanent place in your pantry.
