In this free workshop, chef Gitika Abbott will demonstrate how to work with Isomalt ( a substitute for sugar, it is primarily used by confectioners which is not inherently as sweet ). She'll be teaching you the basics of Isomalt, along with steps on how to store it, decorate with it, the mandatory safety procdeure while working with it and more.
