About the dishes
In this class, chef Zareen will be showing you how to make two sets of verrines, which are desserts inside small thick glasses. She'll start with the Thandai Cheesecake, which will also feature in the Rang Barse Verrine, along with rose crème, almond and cardamom crumble and coconut meringue. This will be followed by Abir Verrines that'll have elements like pistachio yoghurt mousse, mango saffron jelly, saffron fennel warm creme and poppy seed sponge.

About the chef
Zareen’s journey as a pastry chef began on an impulsive note. Initially a  self-taught baker, she went on to complete a course at the prestigious Le Cordon Bleu, London. She has worked at one of the top patisseries in Mumbai before starting out on her own and has also trained under many international chefs. Currently, she operates from a studio cloud kitchen in Mumbai and conducts online as well as in-person workshops.
