About the chef
Moina Oberoi is a food entrepreneur, writer and wellness chef consultant, graduating from culinary school at The Natural Gourmet Institute, New York and also did a Diploma in Gastronomy with Le Cordon Bleu & The University of Reims, France. She specialises in food product development, brand building and business development for F&B and FMCG companies. Her focus is around foods that are wholesome and naturally healing like Ayurvedic and Macrobiotic cuisine, organic food, allergy friendly cooking, seasonal farm to table food, sustainable food processes and of course fermentation.
