In this course, chef Ojas will teach you the most loved western desserts, with a twist of Indian flavours. Be it a cupcake, swiss roll or jars, she'll tutor you all to add your touch of Indian-ness to these fine desserts. From shahi mawa cupcakes, ghewer malai cheescake, rose swiss rolls to gulab jabun & rabdi mouse tubs, this workshop is going to be packed with an exciting amount of flavourful twists you must sign up for!

About the chef:
Chef Ojas is the co-founder and head instructor of the The BakeAmore Studio, a pastry school in Delhi. After having completed her Bachelors in Business Administration (Finance) and working with some of the top Banks of the country, Chef Ojas moved onto exploring her childhood passion for baking and has undergone years of specialized training and possesses extensive practical experience in the culinary art of baking. Before embarking upon this business in 2019, Chef Ojas single-handedly set up a successful home bakery too.
