Harsh Vaidh is a certified pastry chef and recipe developer. As someone who loves delving deep into the knowledge and science of pastry, teaching came naturally to him. He completed his Diploma in Pastry and Bakery from the Academy of Pastry and Culinary Arts, Mumbai, and then went on to work as a pastry chef instructor at a well-known cooking studio in Mumbai. Harsh’s class promises to teach the quick tricks to whip up the tastiest breakfast muffins for those who like to enjoy them morning bakes at the comfort of their own homes.
