She'll also be sharing all the tips to create and perfect its clean layers which will be followed by classic boutique style presentation technique and the various ways you can work with chocolate garnishing to end the class on a sweet note.

Chef Neha Divekar, owner of baking studio and class The Dessert Bar, is a trained pastry chef from the prestigious Lavonne Academy, and is equipped with 10 years of experience in the baking industry. With skills one too many and expertise in French pastries using unique flavourful combinations, Divekar has also been awarded as one of the top 25 pastry chefs by Silver Whisks Awards, in 2021.
