Vinita Contractor is a Certified Holistic Nutritionist and Lifestyle Coach from American Fitness Professionals & Associates, USA. She has completed the Plant-Based Nutrition Certificate from eCornell and T. Colin Campbell Center for Nutrition Studies, New York, USA, as well as other courses in Wellness Culinary, Nature Cure and Ayurveda Diet. She has been featured in several publications and has a penchant for creating food that pleases and nourishes, in equal measure. In this class, she is going to teach us ways to cook the healthiest desserts without compromising on the taste, a win-win for all of you.
